Over the last 10 years or so I have received a ton of advice online from Hesh and Dave helping me to build an repair guitars. Because of the respect they had earned I jumped at the chance to attend two days of lutherie classes at Ann Arbor Guitars. The classes were great and helped me take my repair and setup skills to the next level. Dave and Hesh put on a great class, they run an efficient shop and their work is first class.
I mean, why not take your guitar to guys who invent their own laser-guided tools for extra accuracy?
The guys at AAG are awesome. You don't find people willing to work WITH you, and have your best interest in mind anymore. Look no more! When you get your instrument, you gotta have faith and trust in your instrument, starting with the builder. It is then that your instrument becomes an extension of you. If you know, you know. Find out for yourself. . .
Sorry to see so many childish, irrelevant reviews. This is a class act all the way. Anyone who's ever dealt with Ann Arbor guitars will tell you they are the best.
I've benefited immensely from Mr. Breakstone's and Mr. Collins' sage advice and wise counsel. Great shop with a helpful, knowledgeable staff.
I know Hesh and Dave. I've watched them. Studied with them. And if I had the last 000-45 in the world, I would trust it to them in a heartbeat. The poor little right wing limpdicks posting bad reviews here wouldn't know a nut from a saddle. Actually, I'm wrong. They're intimately familiar with nuts.
