I brought my Scooter in January 2024. Easy to understand assessment of my needs and well explained differences between models. Very pleased with my scooter and the whole sales process, March 2024, unfortunately I managed to damage one of the power connecters. Rang the shop late afternoon and was asked to bring the scooter in first thing tomorrow morning. Fantastic service and a great wheelchair! Can’t thank all of the staff enough for their knowledge, courtesy and customer care! Plus the wheelchair we hired was of excellent quality and we were able to hire for just 48 hrs instead of a week or even more minimum for many other places! We will definitely use them everytime we need something! Thank you!!
