Very friendly and informative service. Have bought several carpets from here and continue to return even though we have moved away from Guiseley
Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the shop and made our choice of carpet to the moment the carpet fitter left. Tony was great, very tidy when working and we are so very pleased with how the carpet has been fitted. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Guiseley Carpets again and will be giving them repeat business when the bedroom carpets are ready to be done. Thank you again.
Uses this place more than once. Guy's in the shop are helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. I took samples home for a day or so and then someone came and measured up. Flooring was fitted in the bathroom, fitter (Simon) was great, on time, tidy worker and did a great job - floor looks fab!
Guiseley Carpets: Disappointing Installation Experience Our initial interaction with Guiseley Carpets was positive. James at the showroom was knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. Bought a carpet from these fellas. They were great. Nice straight forward advice and not trying to up sell,a really great experience. The fitter came and laid it . Landing and stairs with winders. What a great guy and his work was absolutely superb a really professional. Forget big carpet companies, buy local and support the these local fellas. You won't be disappointed
