Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. We called and the technician arrived in less than an hour. He provided quality work and was very knowledgable and kind. We were impressed and will use them in the future for all of our needs!!

The service professional made certain that I understood what the problem was, what was required to resolve same. He was thorough in explaining what was need for the repairs to comply with building code requirements. My husband & I have been Guin customers for I venture to say 15 year. Guin has checked my heating & cooling systems semi-annually for many years. I have always been pleased with the company.

They are the best - great service and technicians. They have done my heating and air for years, added a whole house generator in 2015 and then used their plumbing service. Just came out on New Years Day to fix heat - bad igniter was up and running 30 minutes after tech arrived . Great communication on arrival times for technician. They call when on their way so you don't just wait around for them.
