I paid for the Showroom package expecting a proper deep clean, but was extremely disappointed. The interior was rushed in about 5 minutes, and when I got home to put my kids in the car, I saw the seats hadn’t even been lifted — dirt, crumbs, and debris were still everywhere. For the price, this is unacceptable. I will not return even if they paid me, let alone me paying for their service. Definitely do not recommend.

Just had my car cleaned here for the first time and I’m seriously impressed. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and my car looked brand new when they were done. The attention to detail is next level. Highly recommend Guildford Hand Car Wash & Valeting to anyone in the area!
A very unsatisfactory job both inside and out. Didn't seem to have any pride in what they did. And they tried to over charge me for my size of car. Will not be going back there again as had our second car done really well round the corner on the Woking road.
