Great company to deal with. Very helpful. They really seem to care about their customers and are great at giving us feed back.
Abysmal. They never get back to you when they say they will, their staff give you conflicting and contradictory information. They say whatever they think you want to hear to get your listing then once you've signed on the dotted line, they couldn't care less.
What can I say but a huge THANK YOU to Heidi who listed and sold our property. Nothing was too much trouble snd her experience shone through together with her cheerful disposition. She certainly went above and beyond. Many, many thanks!!!
It’s been a pleasure dealing with Guildcrest Estates. The attention to detail is amazing. The communication is perfect. I have used others Estate Agents, but they have not been as good as Guildcrest Estates. If you want to sell your property, there’s no other choice. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
