If there was a less than one star, we would have selected that. We had a horrible stay in Levenshulme. First, there was no heat. Second, there was no hot water. Third, there was mold and dirty water leaking down the ceiling of the kitchen. When they attempted repairs, they tore out the ceiling of the kitchen WHILE WE WERE STILL THERE, told us we could not use the shower during our entire stay then left plaster dust and dirty towels in the kitchen for us to clean up.
