There are pharmacists and there are Pharmacists. Although I have Guardian Pharmacies nearer to where I live, I have been going to the Guardian Pharmacy at Novena Square only because Mr. John Knaggs attends to me. He is patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and a treasure trove of information. I met a young lady who was interning there. She is lucky to have John Knaggs as mentor.
