I question Andy's qualifications & (in)competence following an assurance of fixing our heater issue. Our decision to use him subsequently resulted in an awful lot of hassle, being seriously messed around & over £100 out of pocket & no further forward with the fault. One tip to prospective customers 'DO NOT' settle any costs upfront or part way through the job until it has been completed to your satisfaction, as he's just full of excuses & denial & you most likely will not get any of your money back if the job hasn't been com... read more

Very disappointing. Came to sort my whale heating. had no idea what was wrong with it although he is there allocted engineer for the area charged 60 pounds call out charge then 30 pounds fuel I live 5 minutes from his base. Told to buy a control panel which I was sure it wasn't. So found the fault myself. So 90 pounds down for 30 minutes of nothing
