I have had axle, hub, wheel, sewer assembly issues with my 2012 Arctic Fox 1/5 wheel since purchased new from Guaranty RV. I have wrote Guaranty an e-mail voicing the concerns and was told to deal with the manufacture. This event took place after once again my electronic sewer valve would not work the 1st time after just being "fixed" by the Guaranty RV service team. We have been to Guarantee several times and have been treated quite nicely by the Salesman. Until...we made an offer. Our offer was very fair based on Industry standards, other Dealer's asking price for the same RV, etc. They only took 10% off MSRP (standard is 25%+) and low end on our trade in value. But lets forget all that....our nice salesman turned into a rude and snippy person when it came down to the deal making. My husband and I went into the rv palooza and found a 2012 cougar travel trailer I fell in love with. When talking to the salesman we told him what we wanted to pay each month and for how long of a loan we wanted. We went back and forth like all sales people do. Finally we agreed that we would go 275 a month for 12 years. The salesman said yes it's a deal. We went in to sign the paperwork and got to the final finance page and said we have a problem. We bought a new travel trailer from Guaranty last Sept. We were told to look for small issues, no big deal. We had some HUGE issues. First off when we went to take delivery the fresh water tank leaked, so we didn't even get to take it home for weeks. Then we had plumbing that was just plain wasn't connected, also debris in the lines that was plugging them up. We hsd the trailer to them THREE time over less than 3 months. Bought a 2006 Fleetwood with 3 slides. Refrigerator didn't get cold, vents broken & wire pantry shelving missing. Had to take it 60 miles to have fixed & 2 weeks passed. Within 2 months the electric steps quit working, slide out wouldn't go in due to faulty awning and living room wouldn't slide out. They wanted to sell a $4,000 warranty to us & we refused. Nothing they sell is covered under warranty unless you buy one. Won't recommend them!
