Purchased a used 2014 Class A coach from Guaranty back in March. The sales process went smoothly (or so we thought). After making arrangements to travel 80 miles to pick up the coach, we were notified at 6pm the evening before we were taking delivery that "they had found an issue". After significant back and forth, they had committed to it being ready by the end of the scheduled day. Well, the day came and went and they were not able to repair it. Since we had travelled specifically to pick up the coach and did not have anot... read more

I took delivery of a 2020 Jayco travel trailer in February 2020. Within a week, it was back at Guaranty for a faulty refrigerator. Now 6-months later, the refrigerator in the unit still does not work. Initially they were going to replace the refrigerator under warranty and then said they were going to try and fix it by swapping parts They have repeatedly said for months now that parts were on back-order from Jayco. Based on the last text from the Service Advisor, I am now unsure if the parts are actually on order. I finally ... read more

Provided false blue book estimate. Based upon there assumption of value, after there estimate to bank, I got trailer after 1 year the value is upside down 40k. After calling bank, with my credit they gave me loan upon guarantee paperwork of trailer. I believe both guarantee and bank are at fault. 40k in one year on used 5th wheel. How I ask they, dealership say depreciation. In one year, no they guarantee double added options for kbb report to bank

I purchased a 2006 Vortex Toy Hauler through Guaranty RV. We were told the trailer would be ready when we got there (an hour drive) to find them still working on it. When we got into the trailer to look at it, they were installing diamond plating on the floor towards the back of the trailer under the couch (should have been our first red flag). I asked them why they were doing that to have the person told me that the vinyl was messed up under it where they installed the tie-down hook. We also found a leak in the skylight whi... read more

Upon trading in a 2010 springdale 33 foot tow behind on a 44 foot 5th wheel 2014 3990 voltage, I knew it was an expensive rv, however I assumed that the KBB value they printed and showed me was legit, however they the sales and finance manager double clicked on all options for my rv. For example I finaced 86k, which I also had a 4 year extended warranty added, now after 1 year my trailer value is 56k. Why you ask, is because according to KBB, a 2014 voltage 3990 epics value is already listed with all options, yes you can add... read more

My husband and I met Teresa P***** a Guaranty RV Sales Representative, at their large RV Show in January. She was helpful and respected the fact that we were only thinking about whether or not we were ready to consider trading our 25’ Airstream Trailer for a motorhome. In April we made the decision to buy a new Winnebago VIA on a Mercedes Chassis and were very pleased with the courtesy and great service provided by Teresa throughout the entire process.

Went to have side out problem diagnosed. Was told it would be more wise to buy a new travel trailer from them, than to have it repaired. Now that may or may not have been true, but they knew that I and my 13 year old son were on a 5 month trip and to me, this is a despicable way to meet a down sales quota for the month. Upon picking up my trailer (after I had paid the bill and been told that it was completely put back together) I discovered my side out motor on the floor of my trailer (I'm sure that would have done damage, a... read more

In general good people. Be warned, they will use bait and switch. Always keep a copy of any piece of paper the salesman will use to get you a deal, if you don't when you get to the end process the numbers might be totally different than what you agreed with the salesman. Always have two copies not just with your initials but make the salesman initial also. I do believe bait and switch is illegal but they do use a form of it. All in all good experience just be on guard.
