I've been with with this abysmal service for over three years now, as there are not many other services in my area. When I'm actually able to connect to their laughable WiFi service, one week no problems, four weeks stupid slow throughput, and drops so frequently I count them. When I call for support, I get "We don't see any problems on our end" every time.
