The guys just finished re felting my roof, new guttering, fascia sofits, stack pipe and a new roof on my extension. Excellent service, great communication with pictures as the work was being completed. It all looks great and a very nice feeling knowing the roof is secure.

The contractor was unprofessional and unreliable. Work was delayed multiple times without any proper explanation, and the quality of work was far below expectations. Communication was poor, and once payment was made, follow-up became almost impossible. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking for honest and quality service.

After calling and making an appointment and organising so I could finish work early, I got a call to say he couldn't make it. He then rearranged a different time on a different day and assured me he could make it. When I asked him would he definitely be there, as I didn't mind looking else where, he was extremely short with me and said yes. Second appointment came and yet AGAIN let down!!! Want someone reliable, don't think this is your guy! -sorry

"We're still waiting for the movers!! No sound, no video, and they're unreachable on moving day. It's outrageous!!! Day off, kids looked after, house completely packed for NOTHING! The Official Moving Company had to find us another company for the next day! Really, we'll do without unreliable people like that. Move on."
