I have vacated my premises in Oct 2025 end and still havent received my depoist after 5 months from GSPC. I have made repeated calls and sent emails even to Craig, Shannon and still have not received it. I think they did not put my depoist money with Safe Depoist scotland. So it is hard to get my money back.

Good experience from a tenant perspective. Staff are friendly, they are very responsive and try to action requests as soon as possible. I am currently with a new letting agents and they have already made several time consuming mistakes that I don’t feel western lettings would have made.
Craig has been exceptional to deal with. Very professional, honest and a fantastic person to engage with. Easy to contact and always happy to help. He has a great team who are proactive and get things done!
