Looking at one of their cars, white Mercedes. Not pushy, no bs, pictures and videos of the car sent, and even offered us a decent price on our old car. They come across as trustworthy. Only problem is they are so far away from me.
I went to look at a Range Rover two days ago and experienced amazing experience from all staff at GSC Essex the car was very clean and tidy and run amazing I was excepted for finance within half hour and was driving my car away within 2 hours a big thank you to all at GSC Essex
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I paid a deposit for a car that turned out to have a timing chain issue. My mechanic spotted the problem straight away, so I contacted the dealership. They told me to bring it back for inspection by their mechanic and an AA rep — both claimed there were no issues. When I collected the car with a friend (who’s also a mechanic), he immediately heard the same issue and confronted the dealer. The reaction said it all.
