I'd rate zero if it was an option. Had a Skip outside our property for 8 weeks and still no pick up. Were supposed to come last week and failed to then turned up today and the driver was abusive and aggressive because I could not move my car out of the way due to illness. Offered him the keys to move it 2 metres out of the way and he would not. Threatened me with extra charge but seen as I didn't organise it I told him to contact the contractor.
