I have just finished my third session and have found the whole process quite transformative. I feel that the use of EMDR combined with hypnotherapy has been really valuable. Through the EMDR process I am now sleeping better and am not triggered by the situations I previously was. I was keen to get to the hypnotherapy but understand now the benefits of using EMDR to clear everything out before using the hypnotherapy to reset and renew my thinking. I would recommend this process.

I cannot thank Dan enough for changing my life. I had 2 sessions(3 hrs) of EMDR,and then 2 more EMDR plus hypnosis. I had extreme insomnia and anxiety. I now have neither. I can highly recommend these therapy’s for a whole range of problems big and small.

Big thanks to Dan who can change your life for the better. I came to him with a lot of trauma and anxiety issues I had and after 1 session I felt like a new me. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel alive again.
