I came across Dan on Google map and downloaded a free 20 minutes hypnosis sound clip from his website. I found it very calming and it was helping me to reset during the day. My sessions with Dan completely changed my life! I came to him struggling with sugar/ chocolate addiction. Had one session with Dan which was very thorough and looking forward to more, especially trying EMDR.
I have just finished my third session and have found the whole process quite transformative. I feel that the use of EMDR combined with hypnotherapy has been really valuable. Through the EMDR process I am now sleeping better and am not triggered by the situations I previously was. I was keen to get to the hypnotherapy but understand now the benefits of using EMDR to clear everything out before using the hypnotherapy to reset and renew my thinking. I would recommend this process.
