I studied my ILM L7 Exec Coaching & Mentoring qualification with Grow and thoroughly enjoyed it. The structure and pace worked really well for me around the project role I was working in at the time. The tutors made the sessions really engaging and thought provoking and I developed tremendously both personally and professionally as a result of undertaking the qualification. I would highly recommend Grow if you are considering doing a coaching qualification.

I have just completed my ILM certificate with Grow solutions. The information provided was very helpful and clear. I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to start off as a coach or simply improve their everyday relationships. I have enjoyed it immensely

I was a student on the ILM 5 course. I thought it was excellent - well organised and facilitated. Aimee is brilliant! It's a lot of work, but the organisers and tutors are so supportive and helpful. I learnt a lot! Definitely recommend them.
