Laura and her team were absolutely amazing in finding a home to let for my parents after they decided to downsize. Her organisation, excellent comprehension of my parents requirements in a new home was outstanding and she exceeded where other more well-established organisations or estate agents failed to deliver. I've done my fair share of moving and I had to deal with estate agents who did not care about you once the offer was accepted (Foxtons and Dexters). And when I have to move, I'm always scared to deal with estate agents but Groves residential were nothing but amazing.
