Was told I'd get a phone call at 10am. Received one almost an hour late, which I missed as I was in the toilet. They were not able to call me back and now am not able to get another appointment for almost another week which will be too late. Great surgery patient doctors
Absolutely amazing. Compared with the other two surgeries I've been registered at, they are in another league. Friendly, efficient and caring. Oh, and most importantly, you can actually get an appointment !
This is the worst GP anyone could experience. Selfish staff who tell you how YOU should feel rather than listening to how you feel. Please avoid this GP at all costs, you could die for all they care as long as they get paid to read off their little computer with zero knowledge of anything. Terrible 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Myself and my family have been patients at Grovehill Medical Centre for many years and have always been very pleased with consultations. In recent times things have been very difficult for GP surgeries and the NHS but feel GHMC have navigated the changes well and still offer a great service from receptionists, nurses and Drs. Appreciate what you do. Thank you
