I’ve been with Grove Park Terrace for seven years and they have seen me through several health challenges and upheavals in my life with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness. With women’s healthcare being in jeopardy and difficulties with patients being taken seriously due to misogyny, it’s invaluable to have a surgery that is run by female doctors of diverse backgrounds. Rubbish
If I could give this GP surgery zero stars, I would. Booking an appointment is nearly impossible, and the receptionist’s attitude is shockingly unprofessional. Even when approached politely, she responds with rudeness and impatience, making it feel like your call is an inconvenience. A simple greeting was met with a dismissive tone, which reflects a serious lack of basic customer service skills. I strongly advise against using this surgery. There are far better practices where you will be treated with respect and care.
Been to this GP a couple of times and they’re very quick to get your appointment over and done with, I had an appointment and have tried to contact them to inform them that unfortunately something had come up very last minute and was unable to attend, called them for 15-20 minutes and it said I was caller number 1, yet no answer. They’re not very informative and responsive. If you’re wanting to go to a good doctors/GP. Don’t pick this one
It is soo hard to get anything done with this practice at the moment. The merge of the Chiswick practices has not done anything good yet (for patients) as far as I have seen. Hoping it is just really bad teething problems.
