From Monday of last week l saw 2 doctors in one morning, had blood tests and an ECG in the afternoon. On Wednesday I had a chest X-ray at Bogner hospital. On Friday I had a follow up appointment with Dr Napier and on Saturday morning I had an ultrasound at St Richards, I think was exceptional service, thank you so much Grove House surgery you are doing a great job 👍👍 Kind regards, Kerry Bignell

Yesterday I took my auntie to a Dr appointment where we was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who see my aunt struggling with mobility she walks with a walker never gives up or moans always happy & friendly to all staff at surgery they all know her well , after seeing Dr we had to go back to reception to ask about further appointments the receptionist had changed to a lady call Caitlin I cannot believe her rudeness , made no eye contact , picked her handbag up started looking through her bag when I was talking to her so dism... read more
