No problems at all. Service was fantastic
There are SO many issues with this facility, it’s hard to know where to begin. I had an appointment for a bone density scan for a certain day. The day of that appt they called and asked if I had taken any vitamins. I said yes, bc no one had told me not to. No good, we have to reschedule it even though I had set up my day around that appointment. Oh well. We then set a new date I asked if I would get an email confirmation. My wife went to this place yesterday to pick up papers to fill out to safe time and not wait long with the pandemic going on,she had appointment for 1pm just to pick up papers the rude lady working there told her to sign in and sit down,and made her wait 40 mins just to pick up papers,just what she was trying to avoid,this waiting room had between 8-10 people sitting in there waiting,unbelievable with this pandemic,they should be shut down
Kern Radiology owned by RadNet is a horrible medical institution. With 8 or 9 locations in Bakersfield, CA these places are filthy, disgusting and overflowing with highly unprofessional and irresponsible managers, techincans and staff. Kern Radiology owned by RadNet has one primary concern, over and above everything else including patients, MONEY. Stinking organization.
Worst experience from the moment I walked through the door. Staff fails to communicate and shows no sympathy for the negative impact that they cause to patients.
Perhaps we got caught in an unfortunate backlog that isn't typical. There were too few staff and the imaging tech wasn't friendly or very helpful. I had to ask for my imaging disk when we left. I wish the very best to the staff who I think had an off day.
I wonât rate the practice itself because I havenât yet made an appointment and honestly Iâm not sure I will. I called this morning for general information on how to go about making an appointment and was greeted by the rudest receptionist ELAINE. Because I knew my insurance well, I knew I wouldnât need a referral but possibly a script. Elaine immediately snapped at me and asked me âWhat do you mean?! I would not recommend this location to anyone. They schedule you appointments and then do not see you at the time currently waiting over 45 minutes for an appointment that I was early for. They scheduled other people to this location then send people over to another location after having them come all the way to this office. The reception is rude and don’t feel like they need to explain the delay, also they squeezed someone in before me for the same test and he was in the wrong location. 2 patients ended up leaving because o... read more
