It’s terrible. I was there for 6 hours to get a back X-ray. They don’t take appointments for X-rays. It’s always been a long process. This was my worst experience. Monday is my day off and the easiest day to go. But its cruel and unusual punishment to have to wait that long. Most people going there are experiencing some sort of pain or discomfort and then they have to wait that long. You should be able to call and make an appointment and I have never be in the X-ray for longer than 20 or 30 minutes to get the x-ray yesterday... read more

The reception staff and radiology personnel are kind and friendly. The wait however, is horrendous. 3 hours for an X-ray ? uggh I had an MRI here many years ago and it was the same, so today wasn’t a fluke. Wish they would quit overbooking their schedule
Horrible wait. The front desk was cussing out the radiologist. Took 4 hours to get my X-ray. Radnet is so cheap they hire ONE technician to service all the patients. Take a drink and something to eat, You’ll be waiting for a very long long long long long time to get your x-ray. Radnet you guys need to do a better job and quit being so cheap and hire more technicians to service your customers. I will be writing a letter to my insurance company complaining about how slow you guys are. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever see... read more
