First of all they screwed up my appointment today and when I called back they said they did not have my appointment even scheduled they seem to be very incompetent The one on Grove is totally unacceptable they don’t practice social distancing they had 20 and 30 people in the waiting room and then another 15 people in the hallways waiting the employee outside it’s supposed to be maintaining everyone outside is letting people go into the office and not social distance this place is horrible I waited five hours for x-ray that o... read more

I spent 5 hours waiting for X-rays. They didn’t tell you thaw truth about wait time. The truth
The service was excellent. Filling out the paperwork ahead of time made it so much easier and I was able to go straight into my appointment with no waiting time at all. The staff were very professional and pleasant. Can’t say enough about having a great all around experience.
They were quick and great the entire time.
Very poor service. The attitude toward patients is offensive. They fail to recognize that their jobs are dependent on patients being there.
Technician is very nice. Better wait time then usual.

This place sucks. Extremely slow and the customer service is non existent. Overall this place just sucks!! Avoid if at possible.
