I was told 1 hr 20 mon wait for chest xray that took 10 min. wait was really 3 hr. the front desk guy was argumentative with the patients and very rude. check in on line was a joke. It still took the desk guy 30 minutes to check everyone in. what really got me is everyone had been there at least 2 hours and he said I was finally next and then in comes a 18 yr old girl he seemed very friendly with and surprise she was called in and was done before me which ment I was there an extra 30 min and she was there maybe a total of 40... read more

Technicians themselves are nice. But as a whole this is the most disorganized and unprofessional medical service center I’ve ever experienced. Walk-ins are required for x-rays (they won’t take appointments). And with very few technicians you can expect to wait for HOURS. Before Covid I would wait 2-3 hours for a quick x-ray. Now it’s much worse. For my last x-ray I arrived before 3 and didn’t get out until 8:30 pm!!! It’s unbelievable that it’s the only place in the area that contracts with my medical group!! It was a long wait 1hr and 40min. But once I was in there it was quick and my X-ray technician was very polite
