The front desk girls were pleasant in their greeting. I think I may have been lucky because I did not have to wait no more than 10 minutes to be called back. The lab tech, he was very patient and easy to work with. I recommend this lab to anyone and will choose them again if ever I need more lab work in the future. Thank you Grove Diagnostic for serving my needs, so late in the day and getting me in and out of there so quickly. Happy Holidays!
On-time and weekend appointments are the best
I was in there last night and it took 3 hours for a 5 minutes X-ray they had 1 tech working it was ridiculous
I would give the place a five stars for the service in the beginning and during the CT scan. But I had to wait for a CD for 2 hours. If the lady weren’t so concerned about one of their coworkers and gossiping about her then maybe they wouldn’t have forgotten about me. The CT tech told me 40 to 45 minute wait. But the girls at the desk said 1 hr. So I waited 75 mins before I even bothered them. The one lady said oh let me check and walk around a corn. She didn’t even ask my name or birth date. Las citas equívocas me hicieron ir varias veces y q se confundieron solo discúlpas y espérele para la otra semana según era urgente y tenía q volver con mi doctor x otra referencia xq ya no servía solo una señorita fue la única q me pudo ayudar no recuerdo su nombre pero todos los demás se pasaban la bolita 😡
