Very upset and feel conned by Grove autos due to overcharge on body shop repair done on vehicle! Using an online estimating platform for body work which is open to fraudulent charging! When doing body shop repairs for companies ( Enerprise to name one) and insurance companies charge a lot more than the real cost! Charged my son ( via a company ) approx £800 MORE via this system than if took vehicle in to them privately ( but hire company would not allow this!) Quite excellant service for a front end repair on our Polo. Andy was efficient, courteous and gave us a quality job for a great price without any drama which is just what you need after an incident with the car. Highly recommend.
