I chose this service for my vacant rental property because the owner didn't try to lowball me to get the job but actually came to the property, explained everything, measured and then gave me an honest, reasonable quote based on the actual measurements. Scheduling was convenient, and they called me when they were on their way. The owner also showed up with his workers before the work started. Cost was fair, work was finished on time, results exceeded expectations.
Very experienced & efficient service-grout sealing for 4.5 baths done same day as estimate. Cost was quite reasonable, so will hire again in the future.
What I asked to have done has not been done yet. What I was advised to not have done by the visiting rep was done by technician. It appears that the left hand is not communicating with the right hand. I told the rep that what I wanted to have done was not done and he said that he would come the next day. Never showed up, never called and it has been 10 days since last we spoke.
They were great!! Professional and on time! Would definitely recommend and will use again. Fari price as well, especially with having close to 1000sq. feet of tile.
Dan has great customer service and he did a wonderful job cleaning my tiles and grout. He's very personable. He had the best price, too.
There was a minimum charge which was more then the effort to fix
