very professional and great price for the job needed
The work was unsatisfactory and highly overpriced. While the workers were friendly, the work was terrible. They also showed great disrespect for my house and damaged a number of areas. They did not accomplish what they promised.

It took a while to even figure out who this person was. We never met him and only dealt with his wife. A few days after we finished the job (which we have before and after pictures of) his wife called me the say how hard working the workers were and how much she liked the job. That was the last I heard from her until weeks later when she posted a negative review on another social media site. We never received any calls. The floors look amazing. Everyday we walk around and think to ourselves, we will never have to do this ourselves again. We've already recommended the company to several of our friends. Fast, professional and great service!
Carlos was very cheerful and efficient. He did a wonderful job and I would hire him back in the future.
On time, friendly, clean, explained the steps in the process and exceeded my expectations by far!
Grout Plus cleaned the rugs in our former house. The rugs looked almost new when they were done with the cleaning. We will have them back to our condo to clean our tile in the fall. They were on time and calls I made to Don were returned promptly. I highly recommend Grout Plus. Great value for the price.
