They were wonderful. They even called to suggest a different grout color as once they cleaned the floor it was actually a different color
Grout Plus exceeded my expectations. I had tile & grout cleaned, and the grout sealed, throughout the house. The entire process, from cost estimate to cleaning was handled in a friendly and professional manner. The work by Andrew, the technician, was impeccable. I'm thrilled with how my floors look. At the time of the estimate, I felt the cost was reasonable - but after the cleaning I felt it was great value for money. I've already recommended Grout Plus to two friends.

messy had to call back next missed alot of grout next found grout allover my floors walls and cabinets said in would fix it in 2 weeks needed to see three different paints that he would need i asked for some money back never answered me my walk way was also with grout he said it would come off my husband has to it we are seniors on ss we dont have money to throw around now we have all this work to do scrapping off grout off floors and painting
