Make sure that when they say that they could clean something that they can. Maybe if they had tried when they came to look at my cleaning that they could do it before you hire them.

I could not ask for a better experience. Don did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. His workers left my house in excellent condition. I wish every interaction with a workman was this satisfying. The finished product is even better than I thought it would be.

The work is not yet done. We will contact him around July to have it done. I was so impressed by his honesty! He told us what he would do to improve the look of the grout.....at that point he could have told us what would have improved his bottom line.... instead he told us the best action plan for our grout issue. I'm sure that the work will be as outstanding as he is!

They came out first to measure and explain their service. They set an appointment and arrived on time. They first did the necessary prep work to assure no damage to other areas and when finished, walked me though the work and cleaned up. Very satisfied.
