Grout Pro was a fantastic find. Donald the owner came on a Friday night to scope out the job has we had a fairly serious leak in our showers that others had attempted to fix numerous times and failed miserably. We hired Grout Pro Thursday evening and he and his crew were here on Friday exactly on the time he had stated. The work was done swiftly, removing all old grout, silicone, etc. and replaced with new color matching grout. The installation looks fabulous and gives the shower's and brand new look and feel. Very good results and reasonably priced
Good follow up and willingness to complete the job as requested by th ecustomer. A bit high in price, that is my opinion.
They were fast, which I really appreciated. The guy that came out to do the estimate was great and professional. The guy that actually came out to do work only accepted cash (no credit cards), and was not able to give a receipt. I refused to pay with out a receipt, so he promised to come back tomorrow.
Expensive for the amount of time and materials used.
Very professional from start to finish. Very careful protecting adjacent finishes. Clean up of work materials and site very good.
