We have always been happy with the sales team, but in the past, we experienced some issues with the service department. Since Steve has taken over, however, everything has been resolved, and he has truly put us at ease. We understand that new models can come with some challenges, but we now have full confidence that any issues will be handled properly and professionally. We ordered a new M135 with Nigel on Saturday . As always with Nigel he made the purchase simple and our part exchange of our current 128TI , which we bought two years ago , again from Nigel.! First class service which is the reason we went back to Group 1

Overall great service from start to finish, I had good communication with my BMW rep (Callum Capper) as this was my first lease deal and I wasn’t completely sure how it all worked, however he explained it clearly to me and answered any questions I had with a speedy response. Also not once did I feel pressured into making any decisions and gave me the time to think things over to make sure it was the right option for me. Which was hugely appreciated. Would highly recommend!
