Went to buy myself a rear brake set amd customer service was just brilliant! Callum was very professional and helpful and provided me with part i needed now , but also gave me a quote for front brake parts for future needs.
RUBBISH at answering the phone especially the parts department, absolute joke, wanted to get a price on parts but was waiting for ages ,gave up in the end.
5* service, highly recommended. All staff are very polite. In particular, thank you to Ankit!
Rude and unprofessional. Took our M5 touring there to have warranty work and treated my wife in a condescending and patronising manner. Tried at every point to wriggle out of warranty work, and this is even before they had inspected the car. When speaking to me on the phone the service manager continued to be patronising so at least his attitude wasn’t based on sexism.
