Takes ages getting through on phones. No one ever gets back when they say they will. Staff are very evasive and lack answers to basic questions. Only seem to worry about a sale and service is irrelevant to them. Hard to get an appointment and courtesy car. Such a shame as the cars are really good I have spoken to 3 of my friends who have all experienced the same level of shocking service
Purchased a new car a couple of months ago, been in contact with them numerous times often waiting for correspondence from issues we are experiencing, have always had brand new cars through VW Norwich and never an issue but the communication this time has been poor, and support in resolving the issues faced. We are now having to look at other cars suitable from other dealerships, such a shame as I love VW as a brand but long standing customer service this time has been so poor.
Purchased a vehicle from group one VW Norwich and had a fantastic experience. Booking the test drive was incredibly easy, with a very warm welcome from Harry M providing a no nonsense straightforward approach and did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle but provided a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle features and its history. The showroom and the vehicles were immaculate, after agreeing to purchase the vehicle, it was ready to pick up the same day. Would highly recommend and big thanks to Harry and all the team.
