My actual appointment from 9:30am was changed to 8am and was notified just a day earlier. Luckily, I had taken a day off on the day and did not have any other plan otherwise it would had been nightmare for me. The wait time was way too long, more than 4 hours Also, II felt like I was ripped off this time since my all-in-one package was over and ended up paying more than £800 for this year whereas my mileage from last 2019 is just over 35000 miles. A disappointing experience. Dropped my car off for service and MOT and shortly after received a video of work that might potentially need doing, I called to discuss, must have called 10-15 times between around 10.30 -15.30. Nobody ever answers the phone, it was the same when I had some warranty work done earlier this year. I called the service booking line and of course they answer immediately, but if you're car is already there, nobody bothers. Really poor and frustrating as a customer. Terrible dealer, promised a courtesy car on two occasions when service needs doing, only to be told two days before they dont give courtesy cars on Saturday, and they can't source one, took the day off specifically and they dont care about customer service, absolutely useless dealership, they need to learn about customer service, if you promise something, you keep your promises, waste of my time and money paying for a service plan
