Terrible service. Save yourself the hassle to another retailer. I wondered why they’ve got such bad reviews well and it all makes sense now I called them 7th Jan said I am looking for a gearbox sump, guy told me we’ve got it and ordered it in. I booked an installation with it. They ordered an ENGINE sump and installed it too. Afterwards they told me we don’t do a gearbox sump. Wow! How convenient. Had a great experience with them and felt good that they are reliable for used VWs. Stephen made our car shopping a breeze and helped so much throughout the whole process going above and beyond. Definitely recommend!
We asked to see the Tayron and waited a few mins for a Salesman, only to be shown to the car and the left with the words “I’ve opened it, let me know when you’re done”. The car was filthy, the boot was full of clothes and a pot of coins from a penny arcade, the centre console was full of sweets and the blue badge (presumably a previous owner) was in the glove box. ….and they want £38k for this car!
