What more can be said of BMW ! The best customer's service you'll ever find. None pushy sales people. And the best of the best cars ever... and to be greeted at the entrance of your customer service depr. By a couple of your staff who must have been schooled in etiquette and politeness to the absolute degree. Was the most welcoming I've ever received. Honestly! your attention to detail is never equalled but often copied poorly. Thank you for making a visit to your garage pleasant and stressless. Thank you.
I always receive an exemplary service from the entire parts team who are both extensively knowledgeable and friendly. My particular thanks to Ed and Steve who routinely go above and beyond to help deal with me and my multitude of old broken bmw projects. It's about an hour drive to get there and I pass several other sites to get there, but good, efficient service saves time and aggravation so it's probably worth the trip if you're in the London area.
