I contacted them to request a diagnosis for my vehicle. They told me they could provide it for 288. I reported the problem to the consultant, and they called me at the end of the day, saying they had found another problem completely opposite to what I had reported. They wanted to charge me an additional 288 because they would need more time. I believe they should have been more transparent and told me this right away. The first diagnosis costs 288. I have to award 5 stars to the Service team, who resolved my frustrating XE issue as a team. Great comms, perseverance and technical knowhow. Thanks especially to Brady. Dave R, Libby and Mark for impressive customer service. Problem admirably solved.

From pre booking to booking and making sure part was in place for service was excellent. Keeping me updated to picking up Car was above par. Truly pleased and impressed with overall service.
After seeing an engine warning light appear on the dash of my Jaguar FPace, Mark Evans arranged a home visit to investigate and diagnose the problem. Thankfully nothing to be concerned about and his advice and professionalism was, as always reassuming. There are a lot of things that seem to have gone wrong with Jaguar over the the last few years however with people like Mark giving the customer support and care he provides, you will certainly keep my loyalty to your business.
