I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car! Have been coming here for years as on a pcp and the service has always been phenomenal. I walk out of there beaming like a Cheshire cat having been found my perfect car for my budget with an outstanding service experience.
Had a few issues with my X5 over heating car was taken in and an expensive repair was called for ! The car is out of its warranty but Sam took on the case with BMW who agreed to fund it in full. Sam arranged a car replacement for me in the same class as my own vehicle and has kept me updated all through the process , the car was returned today in fantastic condition with two super polite delivery drivers . Credit due on this one well done to all concerned especially Sam. .
Excellent service was provided by Sam Vick (Service Advisor) in getting my car repaired to a safe work condition again. I will always try to get his assistant in the future when in Group 1.
Simply awful, avoid at all costs. They will supply a car with a fault, fail to fix, palm you off to an outside garage and wash their hands of all responsibility. If you need a loan car they need 2 to 3 weeks notice apparently. My car has now spent 11 weeks and counting in repair within 6 months ownership plus 7 weeks waiting to go in for repair.
