My experience with Group 1 Assured Swanley has been excellent. Tom Munson, the sales executive that I had the pleasure to deal with is a very knowledgeable, personable sales manager that I would recommend for anyone to contact, if you are in the market for an approved used car. You had my Defender in for a recall, told me it was needed for aprrox2 hours. I dropped it off at 8.15am when I chased they said it would not be ready until 5pm. They said I would receive a complementary clean not only did I NOT get a clean it had bird droppings over it. Now I remember why I wont buy another Land Rover.

The service I received from Nafi was excellent. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nafi was able to explain everything to me in detail and help me make the right choice. There were some delays in getting the car but that's nothing to do with the team. I was constantly updated throughout and in the end I was glad the car was prepared carefully instead of being rushed out for sale. And Nafi even home delivered it for me. Would definitely recommend their service to my friends and family. 10/10
