Just bought what is possibly my dream daily, and it looks stunning. The team did a great job respirating both bumpers and even offered to refurb the wheels without bumping up the price. I had such a huge help from Conor at group 1 who answered all of my questions and provided everything I needed to buy with confidence. I highly recommend it, thanks so much I’m extremely happy!
Service Department fixed a tricky electrical issue on my vehicle and did an excellent job all round. They liaised direct with Mercedes and the warranty provider and got the worked completed and covered under the policy. Thank you
Went to look at a car here and found one straight away. The workers were really enthusiastic and very hospitable towards me and my family. Adam Ringwood dealt with the whole process and was extremely professional and courteous. He helped us with every aspect of the purchase. Couldn’t recommend anyone better than him. Lovely guy.
The staff at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central were amazing because I previously had a nightmare dealing with another trader and they went above and beyond to make sure this experience was entirely different. It wasn't plain sailing but how it was handled was exceptional! On the test drive the clutch pedal stuck down a couple of times and as I was desperate for a vehicle due to my previous purchase elsewhere (still ongoing) I needed a vehicle there and then.
