We had our garden levelled and artificial grass fitted. The company were delayed by 6 weeks and very unreliable, not turning up some days and when they did it wasn’t until 11am. At first, to my untrained eye the finished work appeared good quality (apart from the obvious join of the artificial grass which had a gap and wasn’t stuck down properly but this was ‘fixed’ promptly as we refused payment until it was sorted).
