Since FR Jones went I've tried to find another company to help with my small gardening business. Two of my Stihl leafblowers stopped working 3-4 weeks ago. I took them to Groundserv and this week got a call saying they've check both and they should be scrapped. I paid a £40 deposit, but decided to go and collect the defunct blowers and decided to purchase a new one. Terrible service. Left Husquvana strimmer with £60 deposit .told turn around 2-3 weeks. I rang after 4 weeks to be told they had no record but would ring me back. They didn't. Next day went down there. They'd found strimmer and said it needed new carb. Then said hold on and came back in 5 minutes saying it needs new coil. What about carb says I.
