I have had terrible service over the last 2 days from goundlink. I had called customer service because I had a text about a pick up. Customer service could not find the ride and then I was charged $65. The next day I called to change my pick up time to the airport and was charged $35. This is crazy! I schedule rides for reliable service not to be charged at every turn. I haven't taken a ride and I am out $100.

Booked a car for transport in Chicago. Had issues with the website and it took 3 tries before a reservation was booked. Reservation request was made for pick up at 3:30. Fast forward to pickup time and I received an email that the reservation was cancelled and the driver had left because my plane (that I still happened to be on) landed at 1:30. Arrival time changed by GL and I had to pay +$80, while I booked for mich later pickup time - nice way to make money!

Perfect service around Miami and Fort Lauderdale! Easy reservations, nice and clean cars and very friendly drivers.
