I have been a client since 2011 and have used all over the U.S. A bit pricy - however, always reliable.
Used them a few times and always enjoyed the vehicles and drivers. If you find it pricy then take a cab!
I agree with a former reviewer. The theory is good but the practice leaves a lot to be desired. At pickup at LGA, the driver could not find us and we spent 30 minutes before he could understand where we were (baggage claim area of Delta Airlines - shouldn't be that difficult). We selected on the website a Lincoln town car that could hold 3 pieces of luggage in the trunk. What we got was a Toyota Avalon that could only hold 2 pieces of luggage.
