Used GroundLink to get to and from Fiumicino Airport in Rome to the cruise ship terminal.. They were great! Driver was waiting for us and got us to our destinations in short order.
Terrible...they treat their drivers like crap. I heard from the driver that he loses money out of his own pocket to pay for tolls.
Been using this service for years in several countries around the world. Customer service is great too.
Wife and daughter used for a trip rom LGA to NYC. Driver was on time although called and said he didn't think had bags, which I indicated 3 when booking. He proceeded to watch as my wife and daughter struggled to get bags to car instead of helping. Looks like service is technically good but very dependent on driver quality. Will think twice before using again.
