GroundLink was absolutely disappointing on more than one occasion during a three day trip. Will not be using or recommending ever. Very unfortunate.
Because they are the morse unreliable limo company, and it gets even worst when you contact the customer service
Everything was great— until the driver baled on our return trip. Didn’t answer the phone.... wouldn’t answer the phone when the company called it either. Hopefully nothing bad happened to the driver- and the company offered another driver that could arrive in an hour when we’d waited 40 minutes already. Maybe they need GPS on the drivers? Friend coming to get us, thankfully ... wont use them again.
RecommendedGreat staff in the call center, great service for my VIP clients. I've been working with them for over 4 yrs.and I know I can count on them. I love the reservations team and most of them know me by now. I could actually book Groundlink through my airline system, but I much prefer the personal interaction with the great staff, and there's nothing like building a rapport with people that I count on to take care of the people that I support. I highly recommend Groundlink and it takes a whole lot to impress me. :)
I usually don’t ever write and reviews but felt compelled to submit one for this company. We booked a shuttle from the cruise port in Barcelona Spain to the airport and originally thought we would be off the ship around 11:00. We found out we needed to be off the ship no later than 8:45. I was frantic thinking we would have to sit on the dock for 2 hours. I had no cell service but hoped if I sent an email someone would get back to me before 24 hours when we got to port. I am working with GroundLink in New York City. before I signed up with GroundLink, I was very unhappy that I could not find a service that appreciated my high standards. I feel they have been very fair and easy to work with. Thanks to GroundLink, driving is profitable. I am paid for wait time and all tolls. long trips are well-paid for. If a ride is cancelled, I still get money for getting there. if you are an excellent driver with a good car, and you provide excellent service, GroundLink is what you were looking for.
