HORRIBLE COMPANY! They prey on the backs of existing Ground Transportation Companies. They mark up their rates 100% - 300%. Do not use this company! We did a ride for them and the vehicle was onsite for 15 minutes at 10:15AM... the ride was scheduled for 10:30AM. At 10:43AM the "Cancelled" the ride and refused to pay us. Very unethical company! Drivers rarely on time for airport pick ups (and I’ve used them a lot). A continual frustration.
RecommendedGreat to use it is nice not to worry about driving to airport!!! Meet and greet was awesome to have at the airport when we returned. flight was delayed 4 hrs and driver was on time and very courteous KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! Would use again for sure

We booked a ride with GroundLink from the Quebec City cruise port to the airport prior to the cruise. They picked us up promptly at the predetermined time. The driver was friendly and courteous. We would use again.
Left me stranded at the airport, took an uber black. Turned out cheaper.
We just got back from NYC. We used Groundlink both ways from the airport. Drivers arrived on time and were wonderful. We will use again!
